Seven Deities
This is also called Ratna Vedi (bejewelled platform) and is the seat of the Lord – the three deities Jagannath, Balabhadra & Subhadra who are accompanied by Shree Sudarshana, Shree Devi, Bhu Devi and Lord Madhava, making it “the Sapta vigrahas” or the seven deities.
